At New Haven Moving Equipment, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade moving supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your return eligibility.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated regional distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
